How long does shipping take?

Orders leave our US warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery arrives in 3–6 business days; expedited options are shown at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is complimentary on every order over $120, along with a free gift added automatically to your cart.

How does the free gift work?

Once your subtotal reaches $120, your complimentary gift is added to your cart automatically and discounted to $0 at checkout. Nothing to claim.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a formula truly does not suit your hair, contact us and we will make it right.
