Italian beauty is personal. If your ritual is not right, we will fix it.
30-day window
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Opened products
If a formula genuinely does not suit your hair or scalp, write to us within 30 days and describe what happened. We will recommend an alternative or arrange a refund or exchange at our discretion.
Free gifts and bundles
If a return brings your order below the free-gift threshold, the value of the gift or the bundle discount is deducted from the refund, or you may return the gift with the order.
Damaged in transit
Send us a photo of the parcel and product within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement immediately, at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the items you wish to return. We respond within one business day with a prepaid label where applicable.
